I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I believe in using a strengths-based, collaborative approach with interventions and techniques that have been backed by research.
I have a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology and am a Certified Addiction Specialist. I have over 9 years of experience in mental health counseling with adolescents and adults struggling with co-occurring mood and anxiety disorders, substance abuse and past trauma.
