Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy
The MBCT psychotherapy group welcomes adults who are struggling with depression and anxiety as well as other similar difficulties. Individuals will learn specific mindfulness techniques and coping skills to reduce symptoms and distress, promote more positive and healthy relationships, and improve their overall level of functioning. Anxiety Reduction Support Group
In the anxiety reduction support group, members will learn more about anxiety (i.e. the symptoms of anxiety, where it comes from, how to cope with it). Members will provide encouragement and learn from each other in this supportive environment.
