As an EMDR-certified therapist with years of clinical experience, I specialize in working with complex trauma and dissociation. I combine clinical expertise with creativity and intuition, adapting EMDR to fit each client’s needs. I know when to slow down, when to move forward, and how to guide the process so that clients achieve breakthroughs safely.
My trauma-focused, solution-oriented approach also supports spiritual exploration, religious trauma, and Highly Sensitive or Neurodivergent clients. Unlike traditional talk therapy, my work is designed to create meaningful results in less time, helping clients release what has held them back and step into resilience, freedom, and empowerment.
