I spent over 20 years as a middle school teacher. That experience deeply shaped my understanding of adolescent development, family dynamics, and adults. As a parent of six active children, I understand the realities, pressures, and joys of family life. I bring that lived experience into my work by offering realistic, supportive, and nonjudgmental guidance.
