Are you someone who is struggling or have a child that is struggling? If so then I am here to help. I specifically work with children, teens, and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, divorced parents, and/or grief and loss. My hope is to help ease the pain by creating coping strategies and bringing awareness to the parents. I believe parents play a huge role in their child's success and encourage involvement.
My main focus is to make sure my client feels heard. I believe in person-centered therapy and encourage my client to take control of their session while I provide guidance. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy for my older clients I also use play for my younger clients.
