In a world where we can feel caught between so many competing demands, it can be hard to identify our own voice. I specialize in working with women and LGBT people who are ready to understand themselves, heal what shaped them and finally feel like they belong in their own life.
In order to help clients achieve their goals, I draw from internal family systems, interpersonal therapy, mindfulness and values congruent living. I use compassion, curiosity, humor and feedback to help people gain clarity and comfort. Ultimately, I strive to help each client understand and accept themselves and work toward living a more congruent life.
This world can be really hard to live in sometimes. If you feel that way, it can help to have someone to walk with you for a little while until you feel like yourself again.
