About
How do you know if you need therapy in a world where everyone faces challenges and we all feel overwhelmed at times? Perhaps the best indication is if the challenges you are facing feel unmanageable and the solutions you have tried aren't helping. If you are feeling "stuck," please call.
Our therapy process starts with defining your goals. What changes would you like to make? How would you like your life and relationships to be different? With those goals as our destination, we will set a plan to get there together, in a confidential and supportive environment.
Therapy is my career and my passion. I am a clinical supervisor and member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) as well as the American Family Therapy Academy (AFTA). I am an adjunct professor and clinical supervisor at Fairfield University. I work with people to help them achieve the changes they desire in their lives.
Feel free to call to learn more about the way I approach the therapy process. Together we can explore and clarify your goals, setting forth a plan that makes sense for you.
