I believe that every person is deserving of a life where they can live in their truth with authenticity and dignity, regardless of physical or mental ability. I work with adolescents and adults, providing individual and group therapy services to cope with a broad range of mental health symptoms, including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and needs associated with an LGBTQIA+ identity.
My approach to counseling is a combination of Existentialism, Multiculturalism, and Narrative theory which is tailored to the client’s specific needs. I believe that the client is the expert on their life and am happy to provide a safe space to help them find their way through whatever challenges they face.
My goal is to reconnect my clients with the bigger picture of their lives and encourage them to pursue a life that is in alignment with what they believe to be their purpose. I hope that through working together you will become a healthier, happier, and more true version of yourself.
