I have worked extensively with parents, children, & couples to create more secure relationships. By exploring your experiences in relationships, I can help you create new relationship possibilities.
My specialty areas include couples therapy (PACT, EFT, DM), attachment work, parenting, trauma (EMDR, TFCBT), and existential issues. Although much of my training includes cognitive-behavioral and experiential-based practices, I enjoy bringing in contemporary psychoanalytic frameworks (DEFT) to help make sense of what may block a person's ability to connect.
Relationship blueprints are installed without our permission as we develop early in life, with trauma challenging what we believe along the way. As adults we can choose to learn new ways to relate to ourselves and those around us within the context of the therapeutic relationship. I am here to go on that journey with you!
