I’m Jennifer Sines, an independently licensed social worker (LISW) and outpatient psychotherapist. My experiences working with clients have shaped my belief that people are incredibly resilient — even when life feels overwhelming, painful, or stuck. I work with adults 18 and older, supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional burnout.
My approach to therapy is client-centered, trauma-informed, and eclectic. This means I tailor our work together to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic approaches that support insight, emotional regulation, and meaningful change.
I strive to create a calm, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore your experiences openly, build self-awareness, and develop skills that feel practical and sustainable.
