About
Jen wants everyone to be able to live their life out loud. She is passionate about people finding themselves in the midst of the world's uncertainty. She prioritizes authenticity, genuine connection, autonomy, and the freedom that allows others to walk in the shoes of their choice. Jen wants her clients to not have to compromise for others approval.
Jen's focus areas include women's issues, depression, anxiety, trauma, racial/gender issues, & life transition. She works from the position that every person is an expert on themselves and just needs guidance to get things back on track. Jen is inclusive and cares for people from all walks of life by helping them to live out their most authentic selves.
Her counseling centers on a healthy therapeutic relationship where every client's feelings are validated, and there is space for their unique stories to be heard and for healing to come through empowerment and acceptance. It is her personal joy to be part of your journey.
