Whether you are experiencing anxiety, stress, or going through life transitions, finding a place to talk openly about what you are going through is a first step to finding relief. I can help by working with you to reduce symptoms you are experiencing by talking through everything you have going on, exploring the utilization of coping skills, and working on addressing your negative thinking patterns.
I will work closely with you to help meet your identified goals, and each session is tailored to your individual need. I enjoy working with people from all backgrounds and value your perspective and life experiences as part of your narrative. I have a special interest in working with students and millennial professionals.
Social justice issues are a core part of my practice, and I recognize how systemic issues can often be internalized. I welcome the collaboration when it also comes to the utilization of therapeutic modalities to avoid continuing to perpetuate oppressive experiences or expectations.
