I teach couples how to deepen their relationships, improve communication, and work through conflict. My basic stance is that growth and healing are possible at any point along the way; it's never too late to change, grow and feel better.
I can help you create a plan and learn the tools and habits necessary to feel better and improve your relationships. I have lots of experience working with those in the visual and performing arts. And I am passionate about helping those who are grieving any kind of loss look at what is lost, what is left, and what is possible.
