My passion is helping people heal from trauma, anxiety, and eating disorders using a somatic, experiential and relational approach. We build awareness of nervous system patterns and explore different parts of you that hold pain, protection, or hope. When appropriate, I also welcome spiritual reflection into the work to support whole-person healing.
