I believe therapy offers a space to feel understood, supported, and less alone during life’s more difficult or uncertain moments. I work with young adults, college students, adults across the lifespan navigating transitions, anxiety, relationship challenges, divorce, fertility issues, stress, identity concerns, and feelings of overwhelm or disconnection. Many of my clients are managing changing roles, academic or career pressures, or uncertainty about the future. Together, we work toward greater insight, resilience, self-understanding, and a stronger sense of confidence and balance.

I specialize in working with young adults, college students, and adults experiencing transitions, relationship challenges, divorce, fertility issues, anxiety, and emotional stress. My approach is thoughtful, compassionate, and insight-oriented, helping clients better understand themselves while developing healthier coping strategies and stronger connections.
