My integrative mind-body awareness therapeutic approach is tailored to assist you in reconnecting to your heart. Connecting to the heart is when real growth and transformation can take place by accessing new awareness. This new awareness can help you become empowered and liberated from old thoughts and belief structures.
I have training in Biofeedback, HeartMath and as a Reiki level II practitioner. I often use a combination of these methods with traditional psychology in a holistic way of being client centered.
