I am passionate about mental health! I believe mental health is an integral part of a person’s overall well-being. Many people put their mental health on the “back burner” so to speak, thinking that it may be passing or not as important as other “health” issues. It is important. It helps us balance everyday issues and is an essential part of decision making. Everyone feels anxious, angry, or sad, some have bigger mental health issues. I recognize that life can bring challenges and you may want help through grief, trauma, shifts in life or you may be dealing with a mental health diagnosis. Whichever is the case I provide an environment where we can talk and work together to create a plan that will help you with your needs.
I work across the lifespan starting with pre-teens serving individuals with evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Strength Based therapies. I am accepting new clients and will be happy to serve you. Your mental health is important.
