For over 10 years, I’ve helped adults, couples, families, teens, and children navigate anxiety, depression, parenting stress, relationship conflict, and unhealthy relational patterns. My approach is warm, honest, thoughtful, and practical.
I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can finally exhale, feel understood, and begin creating healthier patterns and deeper connections. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, I help clients build insight, emotional resilience, and stronger relationships.
I offer in-person therapy in Arroyo Grande and telehealth throughout California. I work with individuals, couples, families, and children. Christian counseling is available upon request for those who would like faith integrated into the therapy process.
