I love helping people who are going through a life transition---divorce, new relationships, graduations, breakups, death, family conflict, coming to terms with troublesome histories and job changes are all times with the potential for great pain and struggle as well as remarkable growth.
I specialize in working with people struggling with mood problems and anxiety symptoms by helping them better understand their problems, manage symptoms in healthier ways and practice new ways of being in the world. I am trained in Brainspotting and we can incorporate this into your treatment to accelerate your healing.
I approach the therapeutic relationship with a deep respect for your preferences, strengths and desires. I am non-religious and therapy with me is secular. My office is ITP, conveniently located on Buford Highway between Lenox and North Druid Hills.
