I am a highly trained therapist with extensive expertise in the field. In 2018, after having my own therapy practice and working for various clinics and other group practices, I created JSL Mental Health Wellness, a psychotherapy group practice. I am the Founder & CEO of the practice. Myself and my team help children, individuals, families, & couples taking a holistic approach to mental health. We cater to all presenting issues and ages. I'm also a certified Mindfulness & Meditation Instructor. My priority is helping you develop and enhance coping skills/techniques to evolve into the best version of yourself so you can truly thrive.
I'm trained in a variety of behavioral and insight-oriented techniques such as EMDR, MBSR, Psychodynamic & Interpersonal Therapies, DBT, & CBT. These approaches are evidence-based & clients tend to experience long-lasting results in achieving their goals. I work with adults dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, stress, and my main specialty is trauma.
