My work is grounded in steadiness, clinical depth, and a trauma-informed understanding of how lived experience shapes individuals and relationships. I hold advanced degrees from the University of Delaware and The Catholic University of America, and completed post-graduate work at Yale Medical School. My background spans inpatient psychiatry, residential care, emergency assessment, and schools. I work with teens (15+), adults, couples, and leaders facing emotional and relational strain. I’m certified in ART and integrate as appropriate. I am a Christian who forms connected relationships with individuals from all backgrounds.
I work with teens, adults & couples. Services provided include: individual/couples, job stress, women's issues, postpartum depression, neonatal morbidity/infertility, grief, sexual abuse/trauma, emotional and/or domestic violence support, adult children of alcoholics, mood disorders and divorce. Faith is incorporated upon client request.
