I work with women across the lifespan, supporting them through major life transitions such as pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and the college years. I have advanced training in Perinatal Mental Health and Mood Disorders and work closely with new and expecting moms navigating postpartum anxiety, overwhelm, perfectionism, and the identity shifts of early parenthood. I also support women in midlife who are managing perimenopause, mood changes, caregiving, and the mental load of daily life. Additionally, I work with college students and young adults facing anxiety, depression, academic stress, and uncertainty about their path.
Across all stages, I help women navigate relationship challenges, including communication struggles, shifting roles, and feelings of disconnection. I also work with those experiencing grief and loss—whether related to fertility, pregnancy, relationships, or other life changes—offering a space to process complex emotions with care and compassion.
Originally from Atlanta, I began my career as a journalist before becoming a therapist. Now based in Charlottesville with my husband and two children, I bring warmth, curiosity, and real-life perspective to my work.
