I see individuals (ages 18+) and families either in my Stone Oak office or via telemedicine. I have experience with addictions, including substance use and abuse, gaming and gambling; grief and loss, relationships, life transitions and military family issues such as deployment and reintegration. I specialize in helping young adults navigate through the many hurdles and challenges they face growing up in a fast-paced world. I also enjoy working with people going through the ups and downs of a relationship, or those needing skills to foster and nurture better communication and conflict-resolution.
I am a solution-focused therapist. I will work with you to identify your issues or challenges, and together, we will figure out the best way to move forward your goals.
As a therapist, it's important for me to meet you where you are at. If you are not comfortable seeing me in my Stone Oak office - no problem! I provide walk-and-talk therapy sessions, as well as telemedicine and telephonic counseling to clients after an initial consultation.
