Life's journey is filled with many transitions- some desired, some not. While change can present challenge and even loss, it also offers a profound opportunity for growth and self discovery. As a life & mindset coach, I partner with my coaching clients to offer guidance and support through life transitions such as phase of life and school/career changes, relationship changes, and divorce. My focus is specifically geared toward shifting Mindset that promotes life wellness, stress management, and habits for success.
JKOR, Integrative Fitness and Wellness takes an integrative approach to offering services that promote individualized health and wellness- body and mind. Services include life coaching, personal training, counseling, and in-house referrals to Nutrition Counseling.
JKOR Counseling Services embody a model of wellness, utilizing a variety of therapeutic styles centered in a humanistic approach to treatment. We have several counselors with various skills and specialties, allowing for a well-rounded practice. As a whole, all of our counselors uphold the core principals of promoting wellness and holistic health.
