Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor currently accepting individual, family, and couples clients. I strongly believe in the human capacity for growth and healing. Using a warm, collaborative approach, I strive to provide a welcoming and supportive space for you to explore past experiences, address current stressors, and work toward goals for your future. My approach to therapy involves drawing on Narrative Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Practices. My goal is to join you where you are and create a customized treatment plan addressing your individual needs.
My specialties include anxiety disorders, worry and stress, depression, relationship distress, low self-esteem, body image, grief and loss, role transitions, and adjustment issues.
I love working with individuals who are ready to take the next step in healing. Seeking help is a big step that takes courage, but the work will be rewarding.
