Something brought you here. Maybe you're feeling anxious, disconnected, or stuck. Maybe you're carrying something from the past, or navigating a season that's harder than expected. You don't need to have it figured out. Struggling is enough. I work with individuals, couples, veterans, first responders, athletes, and high-achieving professionals navigating anxiety, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, depression, and burnout. Using EMDR, CBT, and attachment-based therapy, we'll work to reduce symptoms, build resilience, and improve relationships — helping you feel more grounded, confident, and connected in every area of your life.

I use evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, to help clients process trauma, reduce anxiety and stress, improve emotional regulation, and build practical tools for resilience, focus, and healthier relationships.I use a person-centered approach incorporating CBT, EFT, and attachment based therapy.
