Maybe you're in a relationship which feels stagnant, emotionally/physically disconnected or is burdened by accumulated hurts and betrayals, and you and your partner are seeking clarity, support and a new way of being either together or apart. Being skillful in relationships with others (and oneself) has become essential, and is central to our well being.
My training and a deep understanding of the human experience informs my approach to therapy. I have completed training in Bowen Family Systems, Level 1 Gottman Couple Therapy and hypnotherapy. Together we can explore the meaning you attribute to your experience and how the patterns you are stuck in shape your relationships so you can achieve lasting change.
It takes courage and dedication to explore and confront those aspects of ourselves that we most want to hide or to make changes that we find inconceivable. As a therapist, I strive to create a safe space, and tell you not what you want to hear but what you need to hear.
