As your therapist, I will work to provide a safe space to share your thoughts and feelings. You are in the driver’s seat, but I will support and guide you. At NOCD, my team and I provide personalized and effective specialized treatment for OCD and related conditions, such as BFRBs (including skin-picking, nail-biting, and hair-pulling). Our understanding of the nuances of these conditions enables us to diagnose and treat them properly. We have received training in evidence-based treatments, including Exposure Response and Prevention (ERP) therapy—the gold standard treatment for OCD.
We also specialize in Habit Reversal Training (HRT), among others. When you start with NOCD, you'll work with me or be paired with a therapist in our network, based on your preferences. NOCD offers support between sessions through direct messaging, online therapy tools, and access to peer communities, ensuring you never feel alone.
