We often fall into old patterns that don't work for us any longer. We can feel stuck. We don't know how to make changes or what to do. Sometimes it is necessary to share your story with someone who can be objective and give you an alternative perspective. I will strive to give you the knowledge and skills to make these changes in a healthy and God-like manner. We will work together, at your pace and comfort level, to develop goals to improve your life. We will work to give your life balance in all areas.
My passion lies in restoring troubled marriages. Marriage can be hard and it does take work, but I truly feel all marriages can be restored if both parties are willing to try to make things better. Divorcing is not the solution. Getting to the root of the problem is necessary in order to change.
I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years. I have experience working with marital issues, infidelity, parenting problems, teen troubles, anger, depression, anxiety, and a variety of life problems. I obtained my Masters at Clemson University in Counseling Services. I majored in Psychology and Criminal Justice at St. Cloud State University.
