I offer Telehealth therapy services to adolescents and adults with a focus on substance use and mental health. I also work with significant others (spouses/partners, siblings, parents etc.) who seek support to cope with a loved one's addiction or mental health. The decision to begin therapy is deeply personal and often comes with much consideration. I am a person centered Clinical Social Worker and Certified Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor who will support you with compassion, dignity and respect.

With over 15 years of experience, I will help you explore your life in a way that might increase insight, improve decision making and coping skills. I offer a safe space, free from judgment to share your story. I will use evidence-based interventions to help you explore life's challenges and consider solutions.

We will develop a relationship of trust where you feel comfortable sharing your story free of judgment or expectations. I will listen to you with intent and purpose so I can understand your experience and offer supportive feedback. To address addiction or mental health, I will normally work with you for at least 12 sessions using cognitive behavioral therapy. We may include other evidence-based therapies such as motivational interviewing or solution focused therapy. Most patients will feel a gradual improvement in symptoms within 6 weeks of consistent sessions.
