I offer Telehealth therapy services to adolescents and adults with a focus on substance use and mental health. I also work with significant others (spouses/partners, siblings, parents etc.) who seek support to cope with a loved one's addiction or mental health. The decision to begin therapy is deeply personal and often comes with much consideration.
