Drawing from talk therapy, EMDR, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), we work together to build insight, resilience, and meaningful change.

I specialize in eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and caregiving stress with years of experience supporting adolescents and adults. I work with you to gently explore your feelings and challenges, helping you build resilience and healthier ways to cope.
