Do you feel stuck in areas of your life and cannot seem to see a way through? It might be an issue within a relationship, a personal struggle, or a life situation. One of my specializations is helping clients during transition times, such as launching one’s career, adjusting to an empty nest, caregiving for spouses, or going through a divorce. We can look at where you feel stuck and find answers that fit you and your life/goals/needs. I also specialize in helping clients recover from disordered eating whether it is binge eating or restrictive eating

As a counselor my goal is to meet the unique needs of each client with the therapeutic approach that works for them. My therapeutic approaches are traditional talk therapy and two therapies useful for processing painful or traumatic memories, ART and EMDR. I am available to meet in-person or via Telehealth.
