You don't have to navigate it alone. I'm Jenni Samuel, MS, LPC, NCC, CEDS, and I provide counseling for adolescents and adults in Fort Worth and throughout Texas through Telehealth. Together, we'll better understand what's keeping you stuck, build practical tools for change, and help you create a life that feels more balanced and authentic.

I specialize in eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and caregiving stress with years of experience supporting adolescents and adults. I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) and provide evidence-based treatment for adolescents and adults with eating disorders and body image concerns.

My approach is compassionate, practical, and personalized. Depending on your needs, we'll develop new skills, explore long-standing patterns, and, when appropriate, incorporate EMDR or Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to support deeper healing. Sessions are offered in person in Fort Worth and via Telehealth. I look forward to hearing from you.
