I'm culturally aware and work well with a variety of people. I especially welcome adult men and women, immigrants, women of color and any people with complex barriers to living the life they want. My ideal client is someone that might carry around a lot of shame, self loathing, professionally successful but struggling with internal disdain. I enjoy working with parents of special needs children. Additionally, I enjoy working with single women looking to improve unhealthy relationship patterns and reach their goal of finding a healthy partner.
I could be a safe person for a young man or person that is hiding a secret that scares them or brings them shame, like addiction or compulsions. We work on behavioral changes and root causes. I consider myself a generalist but have expertise in treating PTSD with Prolonged Exposure and Cognitive Processing Therapy.
I'm an enthusiastic person. I bring humor and energy to my work. I'm a dedicated and loyal helper. I am driven to assist all clients ethically and with due diligence. I consider it an honor to assist people professionally and always ask myself to think 'how would I want my loved one treated.'
