With extensive training in evidence based therapies, my therapeutic approach can include CBT (to address thought patterns), DBT (to enhance skills for managing emotions and relationships), EMDR (to improve self-worth and decrease sensitivity of traumatic memories), ERP (to decrease obsessions and compulsions), and IFS (to support our parts and dissociation).
