I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you or your child can feel seen and supported. My approach integrates CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed practices, as well as art and play therapy for younger clients. We’ll build skills for emotional regulation, process what’s been overwhelming, and create small, steady steps toward confidence and healing.
