I believe the client is the expert on their life and together we can examine ways in which a more beneficial life can be achieved.
I am a spouse of a retired Air Force officer and enjoy treating those suffering from PTSD. I enjoy working with military members and their family as well as first responders. I also have a passion working with those struggling with addiction, meeting with empathy to facilitate change.
I enjoy meeting new people and walking with anyone attempting to understand life and make shifts in order to create peace and joy. I look forward to meeting you!
