I use an individualized approach, drawing from several therapeutic theories and techniques to meet your specific needs. I can help you manage and reduce anxiety, heal from trauma, and decrease addictive behaviors. Other areas of focus are managing depression, decreasing PNES episodes, processing grief and loss, improving communication, and self-esteem.
I have extensive training and experience in helping people manage and recover from anxiety, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and addictive behaviors. I am a certified Prolonged Exposure Therapist and trained in CBT, TF-CBT and EMDR. IFS-informed, LGBTQ affirming, with systemic injustice perspective. I also offer professional supervision.
So many people find themselves constantly thinking about painful experiences, have poor sleep, have intense anger and depression, while others feel numb, lose their ability to experience joy, and feel disconnected from other people. I strive to help people move beyond surviving to begin healing old wounds and truly experiencing the joy in life.
