I work with many individuals, such as yourself, who are looking to make positive changes in their lives. As we all know, making change is not easy, especially if obstacles stand in our way, like relationship issues, work conflicts, depression, anxiety, or any of the other daily life stressors. Using a solution-focused approach and concepts from positive psychology, I will collaborate with you in this process towards creating change in your life.
I have been providing therapy services for 20+ years, starting in NYC, where I had the privilege of working with many diverse groups of people, providing therapy, support, and social services. Relocating to RI in 2006 offered me the opportunity to expand more holistically, integrating mindfulness-based stress reduction techniques into my practice.
I am passionate about seeing my clients as whole beings, focusing holistically on mind, body, and spirit. "Wisdom is to live in the present, plan for the future, and profit from the past." I will assist you in achieving this wisdom through our work together, moving at your pace and providing you with guidance and feedback along the way.
