Many people come to therapy stretched to their breaking point—overwhelmed by stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, life transitions, career issues, chronic illness, divorce, family challenges, or alcohol struggles. I provide individual counseling, helping clients to catch their breath, feel lighter right now, and take first steps toward clarity and calm. I am welcoming new clients and accept most major insurance plans. This is a safe, restorative space to pause, reflect, and be fully yourself. I offer online therapy throughout Pennsylvania, including Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, Carlisle; and in-person in Lancaster.
I often work with women and men managing professional and personal demands, career stress and work-life balance, as well as young people handling academic challenges, motivation, and questions of identity and career. A theme is that many arrive overwhelmed or in crisis, having tried to manage everything alone. Of course all are welcome!
I will support you in a space of warmth, respect, and belonging, rooted in respect for each person's story. Together, we will focus on feeling better, insight, sustainable boundaries, and strategies to help you feel grounded, confident, and full of joy moving forward.
