However, human beings often grow to their fullest potential working with and connecting to a safe person (e.g. the right therapist!).
I work regularly with adult clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trouble within their relationships, self-esteem issues, and who are experiencing grief and loss. Most of my clients are trauma survivors. I practice from two primary modalities: Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP).
