Hi, I'm Jen! I’m passionate about working with individuals navigating the challenges of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, and body-focused repetitive behaviors such as hair-pulling or skin-picking. I also work with clients healing from trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) by helping them process difficult experiences and regain a sense of safety and control in their lives. I believe in a collaborative approach, and my goal is to empower you with practical tools and strategies to manage anxiety, heal from trauma, and move forward with greater confidence and independence.
As a therapist, my approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based. I use CBT, DBT, and ERP to help clients face fears, break unhelpful patterns, and respond more effectively to difficult thoughts and emotions. I’m also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a trauma-focused method for safely and efficiently processing distressing memories.
