I offer a supportive space for individuals to engage in therapy. I approach therapy from a client-centered standpoint, where we will work together to identify your goals based on the reasons you are seeking support. If you are struggling with issues around depression, anxiety, communication, connection, interpersonal relationships, life transitions, grief, anger, stress or trauma, I hope to provide you with the support you need to move forward. I know it can be difficult to reach out for support, but I hope to create a comfortable environment for you to further explore what is bothering you now and help you feel less stuck.

I tend to view situations from a cognitive-behavioral perspective that identifies how our beliefs may influence our day to day patterns of thoughts, moods, and behaviors. I also work from a systems perspective, exploring how relationships & environmental experiences may have impacted some of those deeply held beliefs.
