About
I work with individuals who are motivated toward greater health and well-being. This includes those who struggle with long-term emotional distress, and those wanting to change unhealthy patterns in their life. Together we will explore how past events can contribute to feelings of distress and relationship difficulties today. As you develop new insight and understanding about yourself through therapy, you may find more balance in mind, body and spirit, and a greater sense of freedom.
My specialties include depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, spirituality and parent/child relationships. I am certified in Object Relations and pay attention to both conscious and unconscious factors that impact life experience and relationships. I am certified in EMDR and use a mind/body approach to address trauma-based reactions.
Psychotherapy is an investment, and gaining emotional freedom will impact your life and those you care about. My practice is supportive to persons of all faiths and walks of life and is open and affirming. I see patients online and in person. My office is located on a quiet street in Broad Ripple.
