I have over ten years of experience working with families, children, and adults in outpatient settings. I use a strength based approach to help clients realize their past, present, and future successes. I believe therapy can be a wonderful tool for clarity and change and that each client possesses the ability to create a brighter tomorrow. It is my goal to help guide that process through understanding, empathy, and solution-focused strategies.
I have Master's of Science in Social Work. My primary modality is cognitive-behavioral therapy to better connect thinking and beliefs to actions and behaviors. However, each client will be assessed to determine the best intervention based on goals and the best evidence based practice.
