My name is Jennifer Rojas. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years experience. My approach is active, directive, trauma informed, and client driven. I take an eclectic approach to therapy-drawing on techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mindfulness and supportive/solution focused psychotherapy.
