Now Accepting Virtual Clients Thursday mornings from anywhere in Virginia!
It has been a lifelong dream to help individuals process the many challenges we face in this world. I have experience working with foster children, adolescents, and teens ages 9-18. My passion is to help the next generation, and their families, overcome the challenges of adolescence and transition into their next stage.
In addition, I enjoy working with adults and couples to help them navigate the ups and downs of life. With specific focus on anxiety, depression, spiritual issues, peer relationships, communication, grief, healing from breakup and divorce.
I offer a safe space, free of judgement, where you can process your challenges and receive unconditional positive regard and empathy from me. I offer support, understanding, and coping skills. I use a mix of different techniques and modalities that will fit your specific needs.
I would love to partner with you, offer support, and provide coping skills to overcome the challenges you are facing. It takes great courage to reach out for help. You can email me directly or call our office to set up an appointment. I am looking forward to working with you!
