I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression and addiction. My approach is to build a supportive, trusting and collaborative relationship with my clients. I strive to understand each persons unique situation as well as the strengths they bring to making changes in their life. My style is genuine, compassionate, yet gently challenging.
