I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression and addiction. My approach is to build a supportive, trusting and collaborative relationship with my clients. I strive to understand each persons unique situation as well as the strengths they bring to making changes in their life. My style is genuine, compassionate, yet gently challenging.
Sometimes in the depths of our struggles it is difficult to see options, make decisions or even to feel hopeful that things can change. In my work with clients I point out the options, help you explore them and shine a light on the path to feeling hopeful.
