Are you seeking support in moving through a life or relational challenge? Sometimes we all need support in finding creative solutions or building strong relationships. As a couple and family therapist, I have a strong conviction in the healing power of healthy relationships. Connecting to your authentic self and fostering wellness in all relationships in your life is a primary focus of my work. I provide individual, couple and family psychotherapy for youth and adults of all family and relationship constellations.
In my practice, my specialties include relational and family issues, personal growth, health and wellness, anxiety, stress and mood management, LGBTQ+ affirming therapy. I utilize depth psychotherapy, EMDR, somatic and mindfulness practices and other holistic modalities to facilitate the growth and change you seek. I am an EMDR certified therapist.
Therapy is a collaborative process, so together we will create a safe space and tailor each session to best meet your needs. I offer office visits, walk and talk, and video teletherapy for all California residents.
