Therapy is a powerful tool that helps us heal from adult and childhood trauma and difficulties we are currently facing. Therapy helps us to develop new coping skills and helps us navigate life circumstances. We are often unaware that much of our early life experiences affect our self-esteem, the relationships we choose, how we interact with others, and our overall approach to life. My experience is in partnering with teens and adults to grow through and heal from a broad range of challenges and stressors, which can result in anxiety, depression, feeling isolated, anger, fear, worry, hopelessness, and other distress.
A trusting and cohesive relationship between therapist and client is essential in the therapeutic process. My goal is to be a catalyst for transformation, meeting you where you are to harness your personal strengths, knowledge of self, values, and beliefs to gain insight and promote personal growth to improve your quality of life.
