About
Each person possesses the power to make changes to be able to lead a more fulfilling life. At some point in our lives, most people will experience anxiety, depression, loss, relationship issues, or difficulty adjusting to life transitions. It is important to have a safe and nonjudgmental place to express yourself. Therapy can help you see your situation from different perspectives and help you to evaluate which path is the best one for you as your own unique person. I work with patients with various problems including depression, anxiety, behavioral disturbances, bullying, school issues, relationship problems, and self-esteem.
With 12 years of experience in outpatient, inpatient, residential, and school settings, I have seen the benefits of using a calm and compassionate approach with my patients. I have extensive experience working with patients from ages 7 & up, I use a strengths based approach, incorporate play therapy with children, and provide support & education to parents
Together we can take the first steps to discover your inner strength in your journey to better self-understanding. I strive to empower my clients to gain the confidence to turn ideas into a plan of action. Therapy is a self-investment that can be challenging but also incredibly rewarding. If you are ready to invest in yourself, I invite you to contact me.
