I also have expertise in navigating life transitions, grief, trauma, divorce, anxiety, depression, and religious deconstruction.
I use an experiential, cognitive, and emotion-focused lens that offers safety, structure, equity, compassion, and self-confrontation. I am a trauma-informed therapist and utilize EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) when working on specific trauma issues. I am an LGBTQIA-affirming therapist who works with all identities and orientations.
